"Claptrap" - Borderlands

Built from scratch by my daughter who just finished her freshman year in college studying graphic art.

Her description:

A miniature model of Claptrap from the Borderlands video game franchise. Made from polymer clay, and bits of wire.  Finished with a couple of light washes of acrylic paint to emphasize the shadows and highlights. The base is made from polymer clay as well.

Cool ! Reminds me of the 3 robots from the movie Silent Running I think it was called. Had Bruce Dern in it.

My daughter made the bot from clay, way beyond my skills.  I'll stick to plastic.

Yea I may have to track down that movie, it has piqued my curiosity.

It's really not a bad movie for it's time. I saw it when it first hit the theaters. ( I'm old ! )

Really nice work on the bot. Impressed on how much detail for the size.

I also saw it in the theaters. It was a fun movie. Worth tracking down.
