Can Anyone Tell Me What This Kit Is?

Sure someone here might know what this kit is.  I'm not familiar with it.  First impression is a version of Batmobile, but just don't know.  Any help would be appreciated.

It's the batmobile version that the sides pop off and the wheels tuck in to enable it to scoot through the narrow alleyway, the clooney batnipple film maybe if memory serves, I think it was the Tim Burton directed one.

That is from the second Keaton Batman movie!!!

Both movies used the same Batmobile.

AMT/Ertl added the Jet Turbine to the Mobile kit and replaced the Bat Plane with the SnapFsast Missile, & Bat Skiboat kits

I got several for only $2.oo each way back when

Revell kitted the Kilmer & Clooney Bat kits from the third & fourth films
