ratdoggy Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 A kit I got for Christmas almost 50 years ago from my aunt. It was reissued so since I'm reliving the past I bought it a year ago and just finished it. Not perfect but it's the 8th or so model I've done since getting back into this obsession....Engine and seats seem out of scale, some stuff didn't fit right but I think it came out decently enough.. Thanks for looking
disabled modeler Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 Very nice..! I love seeing the old survivors specially old family ones...I have many of those I need to get restored/repaired myself.
Snake45 Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 Nice build of an old classic, and I bet you enjoyed the stroll down Memory Lane!

Thanks for looking Very nice build. Don't know about the seats, but the engine scales very well to 1:25. I did some research for a friend who was looking for a 427 cammer for a race car he was building, and he ended up using this engine. I'm building a 1:25 Mustang and a 1:24 Barracuda right now, and I've been meaning to check the scale accuracy. The Mustang seems impossibly small compared to the Cuda, even with the scale difference.
cobraman Posted December 27, 2017 Posted December 27, 2017 I like those kits. Pretty simple perhaps but build up nicely IMO.
