RandyB.
I built this AMT 1958 Chevrolet Impala initially back in the early 1980's. At that time it was my best build. I finally hauled it out of storage where it had been dismantled for several years and restored to my current build level. I installed a set of Firestone pad printed whitewalls and detailed the wheels up, repainted some interior parts, repainted the engine in Chevrolet Engine Red as well as wired it. Polished the windows and paint work with Nu Finish Scratch Doctor to perk up the tired looking paint and dull windows. Shot these pics out in the sun which really makes the colours pop. Classicgas
Wow! Hands down one of the nicest builds I have seen of that kit. The only beef I have is blue plug wires, not factory correct, but none the less, stunning!

espo
Beautiful "Showroom" build. I like the fact you painted it as a not often seen factory two tone color combination. The detailed chrome trim really stands out.
