I have always wanted to take a full size 73-79 Bronco and re-skin it with a 1967-72 body.  Then of course make the 4 door bronco with the 67-72 body.

 

Ford did sell quite a few of the 67-72 F100 pickups to the Santa Fe railroad company and other companies that had them converted to crew cabs.  But Ford didn't actually start production of crew cabs until 1976, I believe.
