Hermann Kersten Posted April 30, 2018 Posted April 30, 2018 (edited) Hello everybody, Today i show you my recently build of 2 Mercedes Benz Actros Lowliners. The base kit was an Italeri MP2, a Revell MP3 kit and for the trailer an Italeri Canvastrailer, wat is completeley modified to a big volume trailer. Both cabines are modified to a L-size, engine is modified from V8 to V6 and the lowrider tyres are bought by KFS. I hope u enjoy this big completed project. Hermann Kersten Posted May 1, 2018 Author Posted May 1, 2018 Thanks for the enthusiastic reactions gentlemen. And yes, i prefer to make these european "daily" work horses. It was a was a big project but gives me a lot of fun to build these.
iamsuperdan Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 I can't decide which is better; the realistic builds or the realistic photos! Excellent builds, and your photo skills are fantastic!
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted May 2, 2018 Posted May 2, 2018 Personally I'm usually not a fan of European style trucks, but your builds blow me away. They are AWESOME!!!! They are incredibly realistic!! Excellent work with both the builds and photography!!!
Hermann Kersten Posted May 3, 2018 Author Posted May 3, 2018 Chris, Dan and Brian, thanks for the nice comments and liking these 2 tractors. Hermann.
truckabilly Posted May 4, 2018 Posted May 4, 2018 Can this be any better? I have my doubts. The models are terrific and photos are awesome. Really good job.
Hermann Kersten Posted May 5, 2018 Author Posted May 5, 2018 Jose and Jaroslav, thanks for the nice reply! Hermann.
DumpyDan Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 What great work, I had to look at the trucks a few times and I am still not sure if they are real or models. They are brilliant you should be proud of your work|
olsbooks Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 I mean this only in the most positive way...when people pull off works like this it frightens me! Absolutely amazing!
