It's obviously a photoshop job. Look around the rear fender.

When I lived in Portland OR.   I saw this car all the time. The face on the back is actually a fountain.

I'm really not sure. There are bit's and pieces of all kind's of stuff on it.

I DO know , that some of it is carved  / cast  foam.

I seem to recall somebody telling me that the face / fountain was some sort of cast quick crete. Dont know if I believe that.  It would be kinda  H E A V Y  !.

But I have seen the fountain flowing. So somewhere on that car, is a tank full of water.... also kinda  H E A V Y .
