935k3 Posted May 9, 2018 Posted May 9, 2018 Try and find .5mm wire or .8mm wire otherwise you would need a pin gauge of those sizes. To small for calipers to get a good reading.
peteski Posted May 10, 2018 Posted May 10, 2018 Why is the nozzle size that important? There isn't all that much difference between 0.5 and 0.8 mm and since the needle is adjustable you should be able to get the paint flow you desire from either nozzle.

Are you thinking about buying a new one with a different size nozzle? Just FYI .5 is generally listed as "fine", .8 us a "medium" and 1mm or more is a "large".
