I am in the process of making a new video, better quality lighting and using a new tool that you can buy at hobby lobby for 4.99. I also forgot to mention that the round cutter has to be filed flat as to not cut the foam. Update soon. I have clearer up close pics of this tutorial on my web site to. ALSO, HAVE YOU TRIED PAINTING THIS? Tom, now that is an idea, about doubling up the thickness, I will give that a go, if it does make a difference I will show it here. Never thought about painting the foam, not sure if enamel would work but maybe acrylic paint may work.
