426 pack
Today I got the 1967ish Plymouth satellite for $50. I have now fulfilled a dream of mine to own a 60s mopar muscle car and I am crazy happy!!!!!!! I will be posting some pics of the car on a local drag race Facebook group in on to see if anyone can identify the car so I can get some more info on it and try and learn some history on it. Unfortunately the hood was used as a trailer for behind a quad/snowmobile. Mid you have any question I will do my best to try and answer them. the car will be called the Satellite that fell out of orbit. Ace-Garageguy
That is cool. I assume the floors and the driver's side are reasonably solid 'cause she's been sitting on the passenger side...I hope. Lotsa work ahead of you, but worth every minute. Nice to see her saved.
SfanGoch
Excellent, Cale. Google the VIN and you should get some info.
DumpyDan
This is great Cale, thanks for posting more pics, this looks like a project I think we would all like to keep in touch with. I can see it with a straight axle running down the strip.
Snake45
Very cool! I've paid more than that for model cars that weren't in much if any better condition. Model on, full-scale!

As of right now I don’t have the money to Redo it so I thought that if I can find a decent motor and K-member I would try to get it to drive as is. Yeah the floors are almost completely rust free but the passenger side 1/4 panel is has major rust.
Little Timmy
That car look's familiar to me. I think I have seen it in some "Hot Rod" type magazine before... couldnt tell you when.... $50 ? Totally worth it ! Plus it's safe. ( it's already been "rolled" once. what are the odd's that it will happen again ? ) Edited July 28, 2018 by Little Timmy
426 pack
Here is all the stuff that came out of the car or from around it.
1930fordpickup
This is cool. I like the paint job on this. To bad the quarter is so rusty. Shame the hood was used for a sled, but I will tell you a Pinto hood is a fun ride behind a 3 wheeler back in the eighties.

moparfarmer
Throw away the Holley Carbs unless your intention is racing..They are NOT street friendly carbs..That air cleaner is nice, will clean up with paint and look good..Hope you've got a big bank account or lots of money cause I think your looking at at least #35-45,000..She'll be nice though for that kind of money..Maybe Grave Yard Cars can help you out for a fortune.. Southern Fried
Great save Man. I always love it when another one is found, instead of rotting away like so many before.
Deuces
I'd start doing some research on it and find out about it's past....
PARTSMARTY
I'm as big of a mopar fan as can be and for $50.00-what a deal.Take your time and money and do it proud no matter how long it takes..A gasser would be cool but it must have some power. No matter how long it takes do it proud.Even if it was sitting in my backyard the way it is wating to get fixed i would love to walk out my door everyday and look at it.Mopars rule. espo
Very ambitious undertaking. The good news is that much if not all of the body sheet metal is now reproduced. The removal of some of the suspension parts may have saved them from further damage. From what I have seen of your other posts you have the mechanical aptitude for this project and labor would be the most expensive part of this project. I wish you well and would enjoy seeing how this progresses.

JollySipper
Looks like it was a big block console bucket seat car...... I've seen projects that were in more need of love than this being restored........

And if the floors and structure are basically sound, he's already ahead of the game. What can make a unibody car a bank-breaker is the countless hours necessary to restore structure CORRECTLY. If it's good on this one, he's dodged a massive bullet.
mchook
WOW $50 BUCKS!!! Great find, I thought I got a deal at $200 for this old Charger & it was a lot worse than your Satellite. Good luck with it, I love to see them saved & not crushed.
