.Regal
This model was completed relatively recently, it's probably the cleanest model I've created. It helps that there was no paint job on the body to screw up, since the white plastic it came in was the color I wanted. It could've used some small details like the black inside the grille and more interior detail. But at least I was able to paint the brake calipers red like a true Japanese car enthusiast (which aren't very easy to see, unfortunately). The worst part about this build is the reverse lights, which are very difficult to make neat if you're not great at painting, like I am. And like a lot of these Japanese kits, the hood isn't removable and there's not a complete engine, which is a shame. And yes, I put the Autech decal on the back even though I used the standard body kit, I didn't realize at the time what that sticker meant. Anyway, thanks for looking and tell me what you think. Harpo
Good looking build, I love it when the mold color matches what I want. No paint worries, just a little plastic polish and nice sharp lines. I thought this car looked familiar, and when I researched it I found out why - I owned a '98 200SX!
