AMT 1934 Ford Truck Custom

AMT Ala Kart truck bed, AMT 32 Sedan chassis with Buick engine and a 34 AMT Ford truck chopped cab. I got the poorly chopped cab in a junk box from a friend, and decided to combine other old used parts to see what I could create.

I like it. A LOT. Has a great period feel with all those vintage parts, looks like something built in the '60s. Very nice.

Beautiful work, and very creative. I don't understand why this was moved down to the "Truck" section when it's clearly a rod (on a car frame, no less). Plenty of early truck rods have been posted in the Cars Under Glass section, where they're entirely appropriate. Oh well, as I said, nice work!

Oliver, the headers are from the 32 Sedan with a big chunk cut out and glued back together. 

This the the cab that started it all.   Thanks for looking.
