I needed a trailer for my Lonestar and wanted something different so I built the Reissued livestock Van. I used Uschi steel powder for the finish on the trailer.

Very nice combination! Beautiful work on both!! I  like the finish on the trailer! I may have asked this before, but how does this powder system work? I know that regular powder coating has to be heated. Is this powder sprayed?

Nice work on both, the livestock van looks perfect behind the Lonestar.  I'm also curious about the application process of the steel powder as I've never seen it before.

Thanks for all the comments I appreciate them.

The steel powder is applied over gloss black paint and on small parts I use a Q-tip to apply the powder by just rubbing it on until it shines for this trailer with the large area to cover I used a micro fiber cloth to save time. On the sides with all the cavities I used a old paint brush to get them coated. I use the microfiber cloth to buff out the powder to make it shine. I did a WIP on this build the shows the steps I used.
