I checked the AMT 66 Fairlane and it doesn't match. Also the Polar Light Nascar & AMT Nascar.

I found it its in the 60 Ford Starliner custom that has a 4 speed.

Wow, what a serendipitous post--I have the exact same part sitting on my workbench; it was loose in a box of random parts and I was wondering what it was from.
