ismaelg
Hello, There is a missing link in my conversion of the '32 Chrysler into a '33 Imperial Pace Car: The wheels. The Pace Car used chrome "Artillery wheels" but the kit has wire wheels. Here is another look at those wheels. Several modelers are helping me search but no luck so far. Any idea or suggestion where to look or where to start? Thanks,
Guest Gramps-xrds
Those look more like wooden spoke wheels of that era than artillery wheels, but it's hard to really see them good. Edited August 15, 2008 by Gramps-xrds
Guest zebm1
Hey Izzy, why don't you check out this Mail-order business and look under artillery models. Might take a little modification, but consider the source (artillery wheels). http://www.megahobby.com/index.asp?PageAct...dels&Page=
LDO
Hey Izzy, why don't you check out this Mail-order business and look under artillery models. Might take a little modification, but consider the source (artillery wheels). Because they are the wrong scale.
Guest zebm1
Scale is only relative, I've used 1/18th scale wheels on 1/25th scale semi-trucks models.....
