espo Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Great looking Falcon. The body looks pretty accurate and I remember seeing them with colors much like this.
bbowser Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 I know people have issues with Trumpeter kits but this looks very good! Nice job.
Belugawrx Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 Very nice,..detail work is great,.tinted windshield is cool, entire exterior is spot on A wired engine compartment is next Cheers
Renegade Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 My favorite Falcon body style. You did a great job with it.
afx Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 Very nice Ludwig. I'm building a Trans-Am racing version of the coupe. I made some modifications to the Trumpeter body that improved the overall look in my opinion. I could send you the link if you are interested. JC
'70 Grande Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 An outstanding build! Everything looks just right! I'm curious; can someone tell me what that "tank?" piece represents on the front/driver's side inside the engine compartment?
YBlock292 Posted November 29, 2018 Author Posted November 29, 2018 Thank you, guys! JC: Yes, please send me the link! Mark: the "tank" is the power steering oil reservoir, which may be little bit oversized in this Trumpeter kit. But they used to look this way, back in the day. I have got the same thing in my 1962 Ford Galaxie 500. Ludwig
rickcaps55 Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 Very nice build the wheels look great on that car I had a friend when we were in high school had a red 64 with those wheels on it always looked great.
Tommy124 Posted November 29, 2018 Posted November 29, 2018 Great model Ludwig... I have that kit in my stock in the "contemporary custom" version. The only thing I don't really like is the rather thickish antenna rod.
