"The Coupe From Riverside" - DW Cheetah - "Scale" Photo Added 12-3-18

Had this for a while and finally decided it was time to build it. Designed and sold by Motorpsycho it was mastered and produced by Modelfactory Hiro in 2011 . The miniature version was released in 2017 also by Modelfactory Hiro .

I built both right out of the box except I used some resin wheels from Casey on the big Cheetah . Also used new tire decals on both as the kit decals were printed backwards due to copyright issues with Revell . The kits themselves were produced with the cooperation of the Dave Deal family .

Quick and fun to build I'm happy they're both on my shelf !

EDIT : Photo added 12-3-18

I realized that it may be hard to tell the actual size of these Cheetahs so I took this photo this morning . :)

Both of these are excellent builds! Really like the engine details in the smaller version, (surprised it has that aspect in the smaller version but not so much in the larger version)! ? ?

Thanks Mark !  I'm sure cost was a factor in making the larger one a curbside .

Thanks !  HRM has a resin kit , and Cox slot car bodies show up on Ebay regularly .  Stay away from Stromberg and other slot car bodies , they're terrible .
