fivesuns Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 I worked on this one off and on for about a month. I painted it three times, still not ecstatic about the finish but I need to move on to something else. It is a Lawman kit that went together well except for the painting. Comments are welcome.
tbill Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Looks good to me , great color and stance, well done
High octane Posted February 19, 2019 Posted February 19, 2019 Likin' the color on that build Howard and I just love dem B-body Mopars.
Brutalform Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 Very nice build. I think the paint looks great! Engine also looks great. I have the 64 Petty Belvedere, but I’ve gotta get one of these kits as well. Nice Mopar.
moparfarmer Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 I've got one that I changed the roof with the 64 Dodge 330 stock sedan..Painted it three times too. Came out okay but think I could have done better body work on the conversion..Thing I didn't like about the kit, is the toy like w/wipers..Here are a few of mine..Hope you don't think I'am hi-jacking your thread..Like your car and the color looks really cool.
ewetwo Posted February 20, 2019 Posted February 20, 2019 Really nice. My great uncle owned a 1964 Belvedere with the slant six. Basic 4 door. Vinyl floor and no radio. The engine went over 300,000 miles. The body rusted away but the motor still ran great.
fivesuns Posted February 20, 2019 Author Posted February 20, 2019 Thanks guys. I appreciate it. No worries about a hijack.....I could look at old Mopars all day long and you have some very nice examples. 17 hours ago, moparfarmer said: I've got one that I changed the roof with the 64 Dodge 330 stock sedan..Painted it three times too.
