My 1955 Dodge Royal Lancer is a Model Car World Resin. It is  painted with Scalefinished paint.

The colors are; Heather Rose (550), Sapphire White (555) and Jewell Black (501).

It was a lot of work, as nothing fit well.

Very nice and original looking build. I used to know a young lady that drove one with this exact color combination. Thank you for the memoirs.

Very cool!

Whether it went together well or not, it's just great to see something really different occasionally.

One can only take so many Dodge Chargers!! ^_^

I have one of the Modelhaus '56 Dodges to build.

A very nice kit, although the body needs considerable work to correct the flaws.

I like it..! I’ve got the kit from R&R and wondering if it may be lifted from the same casting.... I saved your photos to compare..

Very nice looking work! Any issues you had don't seem to show. The trip color paint turned out great. Like others have said, it's nice to see something different on occasion.

I have a resin 56 DeSoto to do soon. It has no inner door panels, dash or seats so I am looking for some Chrysler 55 or 56 interior parts as a close fit.

Hey Tom, can I inquire where you got that model? I have a 55 dodge royal well on its way to becoming a custom royal due to my parts car being a custom. Sure would like to get that for the back dash to sit beside the original service manual.

Nice build Tom of an unusual car. I did the 56 Custom Royal Lancer from Mode Car World and it too was a challenge. I built it to replicate the real car I own in similar colours - two tone black over salmon. Cool cars but not as common as belly button Tri Five Chebbies

Good looking 55 Dodge.  Those 3 colors look really nice together.  I really like the Heather Rose.  Great job on this build.
