It’s going to take another few weeks for the right side. I have noticed I shake more than I used to , so it takes me longer to build. Thank you sir.
Brudda Posted April 19, 2024 Author Posted April 19, 2024 The engine is 99 percent finished. Fitting the turbo tubes. Need to paint these blue. Porsche really made an amazing engine. So complex. So powerful. 1000 to 1500 horsepower 3
Chris Smith Posted April 19, 2024 Posted April 19, 2024 Looking good Bruce, amazing what Porsche was able to do back then. Imagine how fast the car would be with tires from today’s race cars. 1

Brudda Posted May 6, 2024 Author Posted May 6, 2024 Starting to prepare the rear framework. There is a lot more but this is what I have ready for prime , paint then clear. I will be preparing a lot more tubes. This is just a start. I am trying to sand out all the seam lines on the tubes. This is one thing I cannot stand is to see seam lines on tubes on the framework. It’s going to take months to get the framework finished. Some of the frame parts are a beautiful candy blue. I took a pic of the instructions. Going to be a lot of time. 1
