All the words I could have used here have already been used!

I'll add that I think this is a TOP SHELF build of an almost timeless body design.

I have a couple AMT '67 kits, and a '68, plus a Jo-Han '70 Toronado kit. I hope to start the '68 soon, as that year is my favorite Toronado.

You really did this car a justice; beautiful, clean build of one of GM's most handsome automobiles.

We need a new-tool first generation Toronado. YOU HEAR ME, MOEBIUS?!

Absolutely perfect as I would expect from you Yuri!

We really need some outdoor shots of this one though.

That's where your builds cease to be a model and immediately become the real car!! ;)

Looks like a near perfect restoration and the photography is perfect. In particular I like the shots taken on glass. This presentation is as good as it gets.

Excellent, excellent build. The only thing I caught....the engine should be gold, the transmission unfinished aluminum.

Your photography, as always is exemplary.

I have an unbuilt '66 I plan to build soon, in Dubonnet.

As always, perfection!  When I see your post, I'm so impressed with your craftsmanship quality to detail with every build you craft.

I have to ask, where are the windshield wipers from? I imagine PE, I've never seen those like yours, so high in detail.

You are correct on this Yuri. Toronado engines were usually light blue metallic.

Other Olds engines at that time could have also been gold. bronze or red the Toro engines were only light blue.

And I stand corrected.

This past weekend, I ran into a mostly-original '66 Toro at a car show, and, much to my surprise, the engine was a shade very close to Pontiac's metallic blue. Turns out the gold engines were in the other lines (F-85, 88 and 98.)

Model Masters has an Olds Engine Blue paint.

The Olds blue is much too bright for the Toronado. Pontiac's metallic blue is much closer. Also, I don't think that bright blue showed up until around 1968.
