Thinking Small: A 1/18 Bike...in 1/24 Scale

This year I've been working on models of stuff from books, comics, and other static art pieces.  One day working at the bench, the mind went wandering in search of more project ideas and came back with one of my favorite series from when I was a kid: The Mouse and the Motorcycle.

I figured a 1/18 motorcycle would be about the right size, then I scaled that down so it would fit with my other 1/24 scale models. That makes it about 1/430 scale, a little under a quarter inch long. There was nothing even close to what I wanted out there, so I scratch built this from bits of plastic and wire:
