Limeyglue Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Here is my finished 66 suburban. I have lowered it using a Motobitz front suspension and a scratch built rear crossmember to take coilovers with the chassis notched for axle clearance. Wheels are Motobitz resin 22" with the hub caps. Paint is Tamiya rattle can French blue with a pearl white roof with Tamiya clear. Thanks for looking, Lee 1
TarheelRick Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Very cool Suburban. Don't think it would work very well dragging an Airstream, but it could sure drag frame elsewhere. Nice, clean, well executed. I like it.
mikemodeler Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 That is very nice, love the stance and the paint is perfect. Those wheels with the hubcaps are just right for that truck.
Bucky Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Very well executed build! Subtle colors...subtle take on some huge wheels. Look like factory wheels on steroids! TOP SHELF!!!
James2 Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Very nice! Righteously detailed simplicity...
David G. Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 That is Suh-Wheet! Love the color and stance. David G.
Can-Con Posted September 8, 2019 Posted September 8, 2019 Excellent !! Very cool and I also dig the wheels. ?
