jangus Posted January 26, 2020 Posted January 26, 2020 Are there any casters that are making a mid-late '60's Paxton superchargers? The Avanti kit has the style I'm looking for, but I'd rather not part out two kits just for the superchargers. But I will if I have to.
Bob Ellis Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Doesn't the Avanti kit come with R2 twin supercharger option? 2 units on the engine.

Ace-Garageguy Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 (edited) The AMT Barris Surf Woody has a twin Paxton setup for a Ford smallblock too. The Surf Woody can be found for under $20 including shipping, and is a goldmine of other kool parts as well. Edited January 29, 2020 by Ace-Garageguy
jangus Posted January 30, 2020 Author Posted January 30, 2020 Was not aware the Avanti had twins in it. The Surf Woody looks to be the ticket; twin superchargers and typically cheaper than the Avanti. Problem solved. Thanks all.
Snake45 Posted January 30, 2020 Posted January 30, 2020 Jangus, I have a Surf Woody that I'm not planning to use the Paxtons on. I'd be glad to send them to you, if they'll work. The setup is for a small block ford and looks like this: https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/amt-instructions/show-rods/amt-surf-woody/untitled-scanned-03.html#media I am planning to use the kit intake manifold and carbs, but can let you have the belt/pulleys, lower support, blowers, blower backs, blower hoses, and pressure pots. Email me if you're interested: SnakeACP45 at AOL dot com.
