AMT Funny Car ID Needed for Frame & Engine Parts

I was given several boxes of parts years ago and am trying to see what kits they are for. I am assuming these were from an AMT Funny Car kit from ?.
I don't have a need for them and if none of my friends need them I'll be posting them in the trade thread.

I wonder if that's the old "Freight Train" Dragster ? That kit had two small block Chevys in a row.

Those parts are from an MPC '69 GTO funny car.

That appears to be an old mpc funny car chassis. Same chassis ( other than the tin work ) as this kit. I may be interested in a trade

That's definitly the MPC Pontiac engine in that pic.

Same chassis, but it was made in more than one length via some inserts in the tooling used to produce it.  The frame in the Dodge is slightly longer than the Pontiac version.

Headers look cool in that kit - completely wrong for a Pontiac port spacing though, right?

You guys ever heard of RamAir V heads? 

Should be a bit more room between the middle ports but pretty close.
