Dave Van
Your work looks great! In 1/16 scale this must be huge!! I model in O scale, 1/48, and that scene would be big,
Anglia105E
This is a nicely constructed project, JC..... especially the railroad bridge spans, which do look very realistic, and I particularly like the black & white photograph. Your idea to use styrene over aluminium stock, with the impression of rivets works really well. Quite a trip down memory lane for you by the sound of it! You will have a great deal of satisfaction building the 1:16 scale semi-truck and unloaders, as well as the '60's Studebaker. David
olsbooks
For the record, this was done in roughly 1:73 scale. It measures roughly 14x14. The semi is another project thats been underway for years with the hood, sleeper, cab interior, and engine ready. As for the huletts, that scale is to be determined. Those things are huge and want to build 4 of them. Thank you for the kind words. Peace
