Hello Alexis, i don’t think it’s real. Five axles for this kind of truck is too much. The steering wheels hit the mudguards, and the middle wheel is not aligned .

It looks like the main body of the truck us real but most of the wheels and the rear portion of the front fenders are shopped. It will be interesting to see the source image for this.

I don't get people fascination with wanting to shop pics like this.  What is wrong with posting a pic of the real thing?  Wow, you can do a crappy job of making something that never existed.  Whoowee!!

OK, well it is a photo shop picture, but it is not really that far off the original. The PS truck was lowered and chopped and that is what gives it the goofy look, but the number of axles is correct. However, if you read the article they only built one truck and this was not it. This picture is original, but it was done long before Photo Shop and was retouched by the company. So, real, but not real. See this:
