Fat Brian Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 I'm finding myself in need of brake rotors and running out of kits to rob them from. I found a seller on ebay but I think they're recasting Hobby Design parts so I'm hesitant to buy them.
RancheroSteve Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 I've used hardware store washers for rotors with reasonable success. If you're looking for nice calipers Replicas & Miniatures has five different styles available: Large Racing, Small Racing, 60s Street Rod, Modern Street Rod, and Racing Sports Car.

That is actually a great idea, I'll take a look at those calipers.
68shortfleet Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 I have turned my own rotors out of styrene sheet on a lathe. Then scratch built some calipers. Another option is pegasus rotors/calipers. They only really fit a modern style build though.
