bbowser Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 Just finished this up, it's basically a snap kit with few parts but looks good on the shelf. I've been working from home but paradoxically have less time at the bench. Anyway, thanks for looking and comments welcome.
TECHMAN Posted May 13, 2020 Posted May 13, 2020 Quote ??? That really is pretty cool!!! Real sanitary!!! What scale is that??? DJ
TarheelRick Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 Nice looking tractor, clean build. I like it. Who made this kit?

The latest re-issue of that kit was the first time it had been available for MANY years. It was Unobtainium and fetched very high prices on eBay. Even when it was re-issued not long ago, I had trouble finding one for a while. Not many U.S. vendors carry Heller kits. You can order directly from the Heller website, but they're in France so you have to deal with international shipping. Bbowser said it was "basically a snap kit." Exactly. Back in the 1970's or '80's, Heller did a whole series of snap kits in its "Bobcat" line. This was one of them. HobbyLinc has it in stock right now. If you want one, better snag it before it disappears again. (I have no connection to HobbyLinc, other than being a customer.) http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/hlr/hlr81402.htm Edited May 14, 2020 by Mike999 omit
shoopdog Posted May 14, 2020 Posted May 14, 2020 Looks great, I've been wanting to get this re-issue ever since it came out.
AmericanMuscleFan Posted May 16, 2020 Posted May 16, 2020 Looks very sharp and well detailed for a snap kit. Rare subject and very convincing rendering. Well done sir!!!
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted May 17, 2020 Posted May 17, 2020 Great looking build! I had that kit several years ago. Sadly, I sold it.
