wardsmodelbuilder
Here are some photos of a recent commission build of a Spitfire by Revell in 1:32 scale. Its a straight out of the box build using Tamiya paints. Very nice kit, well detailed and relatively simple to build. Thanks Chris www.wardsmodelbuilder.com wardsmodelbuilder@outlook.com Edited August 29, 2020 by wardsmodelbuilder
Matt Bacon
Looks like a nice kit and very cleanly built. Did the commissioner specify the colours? Just wondering why a Spitfire Mk9 is wearing BoB era DE/DG over Sky instead of Dark Green/Ocean Grey over Medium Sea Grey? And a couple of minor nitpicks, if i may..? There's no aerial "wire" between the mast and the tail, whatever the Revell box art may show, and the crowbar on the door is only red on modern warbirds; it would have been the same interior green as everything else in wartime... best, M. mustang1989
After looking at this build and gawking for a while I can definitely say that you sure know what you're doing with an aircraft build. Very well built, painted and weathered. The prop blades could stand a little chipping and wear but that's small stuff. Man this thing looks good!
