I think I will paint it dark green with a black roof..

Painted the Rover body and hood. Will overcoat it with a clear coat tomorrow.

Engine block should be Blue-grey, Revell got a few colour call outs incorrect

Did they only use colors listed in the Revell paint series?  Could be.

Well the instruction sheet call out for the engine was metallic grey so it is an error on Revells part.

Trust me,  they made mistakes in the VW Golf GTI kit, and that's a German car.....

Why?found out the hard way ..had to use my Dremel and fine disc to cut a slot to allow the exhaust pipe access.Then I added a plastic plate!
