Johnny K
Trying to find which kit these wheels came with. Bigger rears, smaller fronts. Tree has TT-1330-P02 stamped. Rear front part number is 102P, back is 103P. Fronts are 100P and 101P. Sure it will seem obvious and simple in hindsight, but have searched numbers for an hour with no luck. Thanks. I checked and, unfortunately, that's not it. I've had these things on my table for about a year and a half. Finally, I decided I should find out what they are. Again, thanks. Johnny K
No, I appreciate it. They're similar to the 5-slot Starsky and Hutch ones. Got me closer than I've been yet.
keyser
Maybe Polar Lights 65 Coronet? Lugs on wheel backs look like them, but look deep. Haven’t looked at that kit in ages but maybe.

The 3 locating pins on them seems like a snap kit? Big axle hole, and front side deep, has big bead area “shelf” to keep in tire, maybe push into back of tire? Deep so rear wheels? 64Comet404
MRC Cragar wheel and tire set, should have come with either Mickey Thompson or Firestone (IIRC?) tires. There was also a set with Keystone wheels.

Casey
I don't think these are from a traditional plastic model kit, but rather an unassembled die-cast model. The 1x4 set has its own sprue on one runner, too. I would look into a Testors or similar product.
iBorg
I think Casey is on the right track. While I can't find a match for the tree where there's four in a row, the other tree seems to be shown in this Goodwill auction: https://www.shopgoodwill.com/Item/85847105
