Dale Earnhardt's 1989 GM Goodwrench Monte Carlo

Finished this one a few months ago, body came from an incomplete Earnhardt Monte Carlo/Grand Prix combo set I picked up from a flea market. Decals are from Mike's Decals, not perfect by any means but really happy with how this one came out.

Dale was my driver. I loved seeing that black #3 on the track. It didn’t take too many seasons after his death that I lost interest in NASCAR. I really like your model. It put a smile on my face! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comments, Dale was my driver too Nacho Z. I switched to Harvick after his death but am finding the current Nascar tougher to watch with the chase and their aero package.

Very cool, I have been wanting to order the decals for it but Mikes is out of them. I have one all painted ready to go.

Jason, Southern Motorsports Hobbies has them in stock.  I ordered a set last week.  They were a little more than at Mike's but worth it to me.
