I built this from the Revell kit as a replica of the '62 Impala from the movie Set It Off with Queen Latifa. I lowered the suspension used Pegesus tires with eBay wheels that I narrowed. The paint is Duplicolor and I made the plates. The movie car doesn't have the bar on the fron bumper and I think I'm off on the paint color a little, but other than that I'm pretty happy with it.

Nice one! Yes the color is a little bit too dark according to the movie car but I think it looks even better like that! Itwould have been nice to see this build in this years    Cannonball line up...

Hi Andrew, very nice build sir. I like low, and love ‘62 Impala’s. My dad bought one new in ‘62. I did a replica that is on this section of the forum.

Andrew, I agree with the others, this is a very nice build. My dad also bought a new Impala in 1962. It had the 170 hp 283 and was VERY Slow. He wouldn't pay for premium gas. Still, the car did 80mph on the Ohio Turnpike back in August of 1962
