avidinha Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 I've had this kit in my stash forever. It was in one of the old Wal-Mart only checker boxes. I printed the plates, other than that I built it right out of the box. I had trouble matching the color of the movie car, but I think I got it pretty close.
Paul Payne Posted November 14, 2020 Posted November 14, 2020 Nice job- clean and sleek. Interior looks great.
TarheelRick Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Love those big luxury T-Birds and this one really looks the part. Very nice and clean execution.
espo Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Great looking T-Bird. I like the paint finish and all the chrome trim looks real clean. Very nice interior.
robertw Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Nice job. It's to bad that more of that periods AMT Birds haven't survived. This 66 one has been reissued to death but despite it being from the axle through the oil pan generation of kits it still makes up into a decent kit so I also have a couple on my shelves, one in just about the same colour as yours. Their '62, although a much newer kit is also a very nice model.
doorsovdoon Posted November 15, 2020 Posted November 15, 2020 Stunning looking build there. That white interior looks just right for that body colour, it looks great.
