it was very simple and easy to snap together 
pikachu is my favorite pokemon also

There is a few Bandai Pokémon kits out there. I highly recommend anything Bandai. Try the Figure Rise kits if see one you like

i got this kit as a gift   i have not seen any of the bandai  pokemon figure kits in stores unlike the bandai star wars kits which   i always see 
i do know that bandai once made  star trek kits which came with lighting kits i wish i could get  those but  they are generally way to expensive

Bummer. Maybe the shops could order the Pokémon kits for you. I’ve seen the Star Wars kits but not Star Trek, I’ll keep an out out for them. They do a few Gundam kits with lighting as well. Lots of cool kits

Pokemon can be annoying but it is cute. I'll add that Ban Dai kits are really second to none. I have a few Star Wars pieces and they are some of the nicest and best engineered model kits I have ever had the pleasure of building.

bandai made them  years  ago   from  2003 and 2004   they were  pre decorated  snap kits with lighting kits included   they made  these ones and the voyager kit  is pretty rare since it were a limited run
