DupliColor Wheel Coating as Paint?

Hello, guys.... I've been looking around for something "different" to paint a possibly upcoming project with. The color of DupliColor's Bronze wheel paint would suit this perfectly..... I'm wondering if anyone has painted a body with this stuff? I know it's meant to go on metal, so I'm not sure how it would act on plastic. Also, if you've done this, did you clear it? and With what?

It works the same as the paints do, just use your usual primer and clear you use with it normally. Bear in mind I'm in the uk so our duplicolour might be a different formula than yours
