kruleworld Posted January 7, 2021 Posted January 7, 2021 I just finished this Stratos HF Rally car depicting the winner in the 1975 San Remo Rally from Hasegawa in 1/24 scale. Although it is box stock, the kit is very nicely detailed and builds easily into a nice replica. Is no engine (curbside) but is otherwise a pleasure to build. Hardest part is mating the chassis and body, which has to be stretched over to fit while trying to align the pins. It was painted with Tamiya sprays Gloss white and Racing green. afx Posted January 7, 2021 Posted January 7, 2021 Very nice. The Stratos may be to coolest rally car ever.
spencer1984 Posted January 7, 2021 Posted January 7, 2021 Nice job on one of the best looking cars ever created!
Bainford Posted January 7, 2021 Posted January 7, 2021 Cool Lancia. Such wicked little machines. Numerous builders have mentioned the 'pucker moment' when fitting the body to the chassis. Looking at your last photo showing the underside, I can imagine how much of a problem this must be.
