Can anyone tell me if these wheels were ever available in 1/25 scale? Kit form or resin?

It was hard to find a 1:1 Z car with stock wheels and covers.  Most dealerships added "mandatory" aftermarket wheels at the very least.

Exactly as Gregory has posted below.

I have a version of each kit that has them, just gone and had a look. They're narrow and plated in the Hasegawa kit (probably more accurate) and the Fujimi set are wider and unpainted.

Well if the question is very specifically 1/25th scale...then no, there is not set of those wheels in any media I'm aware of in U.S. scale.

As others have stated there's a slew of Fujimi and Hasegawa (many boxings beyond the two shown) kits that include them in 1/24th.
