Can-Con Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 (edited) I actually built this truck about 5 or 6 years ago, thought I'd repost it for some of the newer members to see. ? Built from the more common AMT/MPC "Little Red Truck" kit with the suspension from the '80s GMC 4X4. Wheels are an original set that are the only thing left from my original Warlock kit from back in '78. Decals are copies of the original kit decals reprinted from Gooche. Brush bar and spare tire mount were made from styrene tubing , mirrors are from a '90s Ford pickup kit and the various lighting is from the parts box. Edited January 24, 2021 by Can-Con
larman Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Wow! Fantastic build! Could easily be mistaken for the real truck!
89AKurt Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Sweet rig! Did a great job on the black paint.
Captain Spaulding Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Great job, that's one sharp looking Dodge.
Steamboat Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Beautiful! The paint and decals look perfect. Not sure if I care for the red heater hoses, but they certainly were available from parts stores at the time!
espo Posted January 24, 2021 Posted January 24, 2021 Great looking finish and leave it to MoPar when it comes to Graphics. A Bandit Trans Am is about the only thing that would come close. Nice interior.
BeakDoc Posted January 31, 2021 Posted January 31, 2021 Fantastic!! Brings back memories. A neighbor from down the road had one when I was a kid until his college aged son totaled it. Beautiful truck build, Steve.
Plowboy Posted February 3, 2021 Posted February 3, 2021 Nice looking Dodge! The posable wheels are a nice touch!
restoman Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 Nice! I built the Warlock way back when I was a teen. I've loved the truck ever since. Wish I still had it...
