That Chevelle one is part of the AMT Modified Stocker series. You're correct, the tires are big, but not disproportionately so. Some cars ran tires that big back in the day. They called the tires "humpers".

Ohhhh, I thought that was just the tire size on the Amt kits

The hubs are past the rockers, way higher than the 1:1 cars just posted ?
