Finally since the start in 2003 i finished my AMC Rambler...

One of the worst Kits i ever build. The A-Pillars were brocken, Glass scratched, Chassis totally crocked, Trunk lid was to small and of course it is not a Rambler. Its a Rouge.

But i still like the car itself. At the end the build was a challenge but most time fun.

Paint is Tamiya Pearl Light Blue TS 58 over Gray primer and with 2 coats of Tamiya clear.

I put a Hemi in, Wheels are from the Revell Custom 1966 Chevelle Station Wagon. I rebuild the Trunk to fit the wheels and added a rear axle from y parts box.

Thanks for following in the WIP Topic. Now I hope you like. Enjoy!

Cheers!

Very nicely done, and congrats on finishing her up.

There's a 4-dr sitting at a shop near me. I can't believe what a small car they were. That thing with a Hemi would go like a scalded ape!

Besides being a very clean looking AMC I like how you detailed the engine as well as the trunk area. Great looking stance .

Very clean build, very sharp! The paint color looks much better here than it did in the WIP thead. Well done and model on! B)

Hot dang, I’m digging this bad boy!! That is one mean looking little AMC. Looks like a bear trap, just sitting there waiting to spring. Phenomenal build! This one moves me for sure.
