Newbie! KCMO

Hello everyone! Been browsing here for 2/3 months finally created an account. 
 

After YEARS of wanting to build a model I started my first one in 11/2020 an AMT Duster I failed miserably at but enjoyed it very much!

 

Fast forward I still suck! Lol but I am on my 8th model (have yet to really nail one!) and have my own paint booth and 20-30 models in boxes ready and waiting...  to say I have been bitten by the bug in an understatement.  
 

Best part of my day is either playing with a model or seeing peoples work on here which is truly inspiring. Can’t wait to build and learn more

Thanks everyone! I have added what I have done so far and have pictures of... the 32 Ford I messed up and couldn’t get the dang headlights on but I loved the color and was proud of it until the end but I have another kit I will do once I get my skills a little more perfected

You are getting there!  Just keep at it with the attitude that every model is just practice for the next one!

Great models there mate. I think every modeller looks at a finished job and sees the flaws, which are invisible to onlookers, but they also see something that they're really proud of! Enjoy the diversion.
