Finally finished up the Starsky and Hutch Ford Torino. One of the few I've enjoyed putting together from start to finish.

Had a little issue with the decals but they came out fine. Other than those kit went together fairly easily.

Looks great Jason. You had better luck with the decals than I did. So mine is minus the stripes.

Thanks pal, mine almost ended up without decals too but was able to fix were they tore.

Car would still look good without them.

Looking good mate. From reading through past build threads of this car a lot of builders seem to have issues with the decals. They always get a mention of some sort, some don't even have them on, Lol. Turned out ok though, looks great.

Thanks bud appreciate it, think the main issue is the length of the decals and found the one that goes on top of the roof tore easily.

nice work the issue i had with mine was the  the white  stripe decals were  a bit translucent   and the red  paint   made them look kinda pinkish

Nice! Those decals do look like they might be tough to get on right, but you did pretty good with them.

Thanks bud.

Nice car. Really like how the front grill turned out with the black on chrome and the small red badge. Those tiny details (like the FORD on the hood) are the kinds of things I'm still struggling to get right. Thought about picking this one up several times. Your build may finally inspire me to pull the trigger. Of course I will probably pull-in and smooth the bumpers, lower it, and put drag slicks on the back. Just can't seem to get past that little kid in me that wants every car to be a race car! ?

Thanks bud, just used a black sharpie on the grill, finding I'm liking using them for detailing. If you get one will definitely have to post your work, think the car would look sweet like that.
