The 36 Buick Century is done. The only thing I need to correct is the peek of the top at the center if the windshield. It's too far forward. One of the reasons I had Dan create this for me is that I couldn't create the back of the top. The bodies at this time were created by Fisher Body. This body on the Buick is the same body as the 35 LaSalle. The  sceond to last 2 pic's show this. I can finally create what I started in September 2013. The 35 LaSalle coupe.

As I may have mentioned before, I need certain engines for the car files I have. I'm missing a first gen Pontiac 55-60 and a Buick nail head 401. I've started on the Pontiac and this is what I have so far. The only part that is complete so far is the head. There aren't an abundance of reference pic's for this engine, so I had to really dig deep. The head was exceptionally difficult. But, I got it done. Screenshotfrom2024-10-1816-55-59.png.0532722b207d008b8cefd451dfe1018b.png

Corrections made and thanks for pointing them out. Please keep them coming.

Doug, if you get a chance, let Dan know there are several areas on the body that still need adjustments. As I mentioned in my PM to you, I have owned around a dozen of these including my first car since 1978. I have one now if he needs information. The attached shows two areas that are of great concern to me and likely other Buick fanatics because the lines just aren't correct. The tail panel doesn't jut out nearly that far in the center as you can see in the blue one and the body lines, especially on the rear quarter speak for themselves. I'm not trying to knock it down, 3D drawing is a #@^ch which is why I don't have one done of mine yet. I'm simply trying to add constructive critique to help get this right. As of right now, many parts of the AMT '64 Olds Cutlass can be used to convert it from the frame & suspension to the roof & windows. The 300 V8 engine is also different than anything else out there and is very different from the 401 (which is the correct engine for the GS).

Updates for the 1938 Delehaye 135 MS and the Pontiac engine. I fixed the front corner, side and valve cover as pictured. Also, I started GM's controlled-coupling hydromatic transmission. It was produced from 1956 through 1964. Pontiac called it the Stratoflight in the begining and Super HydraMatic later. Olds called it the Jetaway and Cadilllac the 3215 Hydramatic. The file is still a work in progress.
