This build was inspired by the movie Black Dog......a GREAT B movie. DO NOT bother telling me I used the wrong Pete to build my model. When I was looking at what I needed to build a correct Black Dog Pete and how expensive it would be.....I went with the under $20 Revell Monogram kit....which is a decent kit BTW. Most people will never know!!!

I made all the decals used. Tags too.

The kit was built box stock other than the 'wings' added to the sleeper and the treadplate that a big fight scene, at speed, takes place.....I had to add them. Otherwise Tamiya paints and decals I made myself. I want to build the raggy trailer to go with it.....someday!! Thanks

Nice looking 359.  Very well done.  I think I saw that movie.  Wasn't Patrick Swayze in it?

Yes....and Meat Loaf!!  The other vehicle was a 82-3 Camaro.....want to build it too.

GREAT BUILD!!!!  Super Sanitary!!!!

I too have enjoyed building a few of the "snap" kit trucks, like your's, they build into a real nice shelf model...

Don't forget Randy Travis was in it as well. Great looking build.

One of Randy's best. My wife met Randy a few times. His mom was in a rest home my wife worked at. A truly nice guy who always talked to my wife and was polite.  thx
