bluestringer
I'll be starting this soon. Something a little different for me. Never built one of these, but looks like a simple little build.
wrenchr
Those are fun easy builds!!
bluestringer
Looking over the parts I see there are two complete engines in this kit. A high performance engine and what looks like a stock engine. But no other parts to build it stock.
bluestringer
Got some engine work done and painted the body with some Ceramcoat Wedgewood Green. All comments welcome.

alan barton
James, I love the colour! It is a typical "had a can of paint in the shed so we used it" type of colour that backyard racers of the era would have used. If you have a stash of tyres to choose from, just about anything will look better than the massive steamroller rubber that comes with the Modified Stocker series. The treaded Goodyears from the MPC Slammer kits or the old Monogram sprintcar tyres ( or resin copies) will add the finishing touch to your creation. Cheers Alan

I don't have a lot of spare parts yet, only been back in the hobby a few months. But I'm working on it, buying kits at Hobby Lobby when they have the 40% off weeks. bluestringer
No more updates on this one. Trying to get the body on the frame and dropped it. I don't want to take time putting it back together right now, I put back in the box.
Zippi
Been there and done that James. I wish my HL would get this kit in.
