Very close , the one almost looks like 4 separate down tubes but it is hard to tell with this picture. The finned base below the carbs looks the same.

most likely a Meyer. I cant remember if Thickson or Edelbrock ever made one like that. I havent messed with a flathead in a bunch of years now. I think I sold my last one like 6 years ago

Looks like the original Tunnel Ram style manifold. This looks like the Eddie Meyer manifold.
