1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 4door Sedan (1/24, Salvat Mexico)

From Hachette's Mexican series is this '56 Chevy - I only added Virginia plates from a VERY old Autoworld sheet (decals for 2 Mexican 1956/57 plates are included) - model had 2 mirrors (!) and antenna already mounted. Got it last week, took it out for some pictures on this frosty morning - the roof is wider at the rear than at the front - I'm not sure if this is correct, otherwise a nice model:

I too have one coming and for a very special reason.  My folks had one just like that.  Thanks for posting.

Did you do the windshield rubber or does it come like that?

Thanks, guys - the model comes just like that - the only thing I did to it was applying those old license plates.

Woohoo, mine just hit the states, supposed to be here Monday. Man, I can't wait to get it. I'll BMF all the silver trim to make it pop a little more.?
