Warren D Posted January 1, 2022 Posted January 1, 2022 AMT Kenworth kit, Tank from Keystone with tank fittings from Moluminum. I had robbed the sleeper from this kit for a previous project so I was looking for something different with a day cab. The KW had the longest frame of the kits I have so it seemed like a win. The rear extension for the ICC bar was from scratch. I made my own decals patterned after the real one. 1
Doug 1061 Posted January 1, 2022 Posted January 1, 2022 Very nice. Definitely something different. I woulda never thought of building something like this.
DRIPTROIT 71 Posted January 2, 2022 Posted January 2, 2022 Very interesting!! Looks great! Nice work!!
Bills72sj Posted January 2, 2022 Posted January 2, 2022 Cool project. I have been thinking of something similar with one of my stashed rigs.
Oldmopars Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 Very cool. I like it. I remember seeing the Stool Bus when I was looking for pictures. Yours came out great, good job on the decals. I built a shorter version a few years ago for the Cannonball run. I had to scratch make the "Tank" and all fittings. They are an interesting subject and very rarely built.
David G. Posted January 7, 2022 Posted January 7, 2022 Very Cool! Excellent work on the decals and modifications. What a great way to use a donor kit. David G.
bbowser Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 LOL, that's great! One of the companies around here has the slogan "We're #1 in #2".
Mopar - D Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 Excellent build Warren and a very interesting subject to build.
Oldcarfan27 Posted January 11, 2022 Posted January 11, 2022 Man, that truck stinks!!! Actually, I think it's a very clever play on words and very well done build. I love the graphics. But shouldn't the truck be brown? Second thought, then you couldn't tell if it leaked.
TarheelRick Posted January 12, 2022 Posted January 12, 2022 I drive one of these every day, twice a day --- Wait a minute, I don't spell it that way!! But oft times the contents are the same. Very nice, original build. Thanks for the giggle.

iamsuperdan Posted January 26, 2022 Posted January 26, 2022 This is the only acceptable time for people to comment on how crappy a build is! I like it!
